Franco promette revisione, cambio del tergicristallo del lunotto ecc a suo carico. Fin qui tutto bene. Due ore dopo richiamo chiedendo quando posso andare a ritirare l'auto e chiedo gentilmente se posso fare un bonifico. Lui con sgarbo risponde: "o contanti o nulla". Al che io rimango spazzata e rispondo :in che senso nulla?! Abbiamo firmato un contratto!!! Abbiamo lasciato le fotocopie dei nostri documenti e tutti i nostri dati! In ogni caso avrei fatto il bonifico per tempo prima ovviamente di ritirare l'auto! Se vuole solo contanti devo richiamarla parlane un attimo a casa e la richiamo ". lui ancora più sgarbatamente risponde che c'è stato un signore che vuole la stessa auto poi si contraddice chiamandola signora un secondo dopo per farmi pressione per l'acquisto in contanti. Risultato :eravamo sicuri dell'acquisto ma dopo questa telefonata allucinante abbiamo ovviamente cambiato idea. Non capisco il poco rispetto per una"cifretta" come questo "signore" l 'ha definita!!! Notare che ha pure aggiunto quasi con diprezzo: "il bonifico l'avrei accettato per 15.000 o 20.000 ma per quella cifra no". Sconsigliatissimo. Rude and little respect. We go to this dealership to buy a cheap car. We agree in everything. We leave our data. Mr. Franco promises revision, change of the rear window wiper, etc. at his expense. So far, so good. Two hours later I call back asking when I can go to collect the car and politely ask if I can make a transfer. He rudely replies: "either cash or nothing". To which I remain swept and answer: in what sense nothing ?! We have signed a contract !!! We left photocopies of our documents and all our data! In any case, I would have made the transfer in time before obviously picking up the car! If she just wants cash I have to call her back, talk about it at home and I'll call her back. "He even more rudely replies that there was a gentleman who wants the same car then contradicts himself calling her a lady a second later to pressure me to buy in cash . Result: we were sure of the purchase but after this hallucinating phone call we obviously changed our minds. I do not understand the little respect for a "cipher" like this "sir" defined it !!! Note that he also added almost with contempt: " I would have accepted the bank transfer for 15,000 or 20,000 but no for that amount. "Not recommended.
