Negozio con fiori bellissimi, personale molto capace e cordiale. Per i matrimoni sono il top, hanno tantissima esperienza e tanto materiale molto bello. Non mi hanno mai deluso in anni di forniture!

Stiatti Fiori was brought to us by Rachael Smith, wedding planner from Figline Valdarno. The whole experience was a pleasure and completely stress free, which for a bloke going to a florist for a wedding is saying something. The flowers on the day (August) were fresh and beautiful. My bride, Alison, said they were exactly as she wanted and the pictures show this (if I can attach any). Unfortunately cost was an issue for us and again this florist came up trumps. A very big thanks to all at the shop from Alison and Brian for an amazing day.

Our reception table floral arrangements and decor were lovely/fabulous, and they did great job at meeting a few last minute detail requests (like flower girl floral crown). They also did great at the bouquets and flowers for tailgate of car. However, despite us making a very very thorough plan with exact specifications of decoration arrangements and colours.... multiple glaring mistakes still happened on our wedding day which still bother me to date given the price we paid AND that they are now permanently in our wedding photos.... And for almost $4000 euro, not acceptable to do these kind of mistakes. It’s sloppy. Lanterns were put out down aisle when had only requested for them to be out in the evening after wedding ceremony (was in the plan and timeline) - it then looked cluttered and disorganised in all our photos for the ceremony and family pictures. Blatant spelling mistake on wedding sign at front of ceremony aisle despite supplied correct spelling and photo of what wanted. They wrote on grand entrance sign to ceremony “I have found the one to whom my soul cloves” (should have been ‘loves’ and it was in permanent wet chalk so couldn’t be undone). Unfortunately it is now permanently in all our wedding photos and wedding video. Similarly they just half-erased previous bride/groom names on chalkboard and wrote ours on top, so again blatantly obvious in photos and unprofessional and sloppy looking. The greeting guest table was thrown poorly together/not arranged nicely at all as had requested. All the aisle chair floral accents were in pink, despite requesting and supplying photos and asking for the flowers to be white. Also accent flowers for this were bright pink and for the ceremony table.... I never had pink listed as a colour, but light blush and showed the hue of the blush I wanted because I even said did not like pink. I hate pink (it was correctly done, the blush, in the bridesmaid bouquet and reception tables). Again was happy with reception and bouquets. Boutonnières were not made to photos I had sent them; similar but not what I wanted. All these bothered me as blatantly not doing what client wants and paid for. Writing this review so that other brides are aware how much they may have to babysit this florist if they choose them, as I know you will limited by choices in the region for destination brides.
