La signora Katia,suo nipote,e la ragazza del del negozio sono stati gentilissimi e molto professionali. È stata la mia prima volta da loro e sicuramente quando tornerò in Calabria il prossimo anno li porterò da nuovo prima di tornare a Roma. Consigliato vivamente per come trattano gli animali !! E le persone ? grazie. I took my cats, two Burmese for which very long hair, for the toilet. Mrs. Katia, her nephew, and the girl from the shop were very kind and very professional. It was my first time with them and for sure when I go back to Calabria next year I will take them again before returning to Rome. Highly recommended for how they treat animals !! i	iolanda dattilo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un esperienza negativa in quanto abbiamo portato il nostro bulldog Francese x il bagnetto e lo hanno fatto aspettare più di 2 ore forse legato o in qualche gabbia e quando mi hanno chiamata per prenderlo il mio cane aveva la lingua blu stava x avere un infarto e aveva vomitato schiuma bianca ancora fino a casa.. abbiamo dovuto dargli una bentalan e dopo molte ore siamo riusciti a riprenderla...non si fa così se nn avevano tempo l'avrei portata più tardi o un'altra giorno purtroppo ora nn mi ci vedranno mai più e x fortuna che nn è successo niente alla cagnolina Unfortunately we had a negative experience as we brought our French bulldog for a bath and they made him wait more than 2 hours maybe tied up or in some cage and when they called me to pick him up my dog had a blue tongue he was going to have a heart attack and he had vomited white foam again all the way home .. we had to give him a bentalan and after many hours we were able to take it back ... it doesn't work like this if they didn't have time I would have brought it later or another day unfortunately now nn they will never see me again ex luck that nothing happened to the dog

Contesto la capacità comunicativa verso il cane, contesto la sensibilità proclamata, contesto i consigli "interessati", contesto i metodi maldestri e frettolosi. Contesto la sistemazione dei cani, accalcati e legati in un piccolo spazio vitale. Unico taglio consigliato: rasatura e quindi, istruzioni su come rovinare un cane in quattro semplici mosse. PS: è inconcepibile chiedere al padrone di infilare la museruola ad un cucciolo terrorizzato. Pessimi!!! Infinite waiting times, neurostenic context. In più dato che siamo venuti in periodo di Halloween quest'oggi è tornato a casa con un bellissimo papillon a tema! It is not the first time that we come, our Jack Russell always comes back fragrant and happy. Reliable and competent staff. Plus since we came over Halloween today he came home with a beautiful themed bow tie!

Ho portato il mio bichon a fare la tosatura e dopo che li ho spiegato che non voglio un taglio corto quando sono andato a prenderlo ho trovato un taglio cortissimo quasi pelato, le parte intime non pulite per bene e le orecchie altre tanto ! 25 euro per un servizio non completo e si quello che hanno fatto niente di quello che ho chiesto? Bad service! I took my bichon to do the shearing and after I explained to them that I don't want a short cut when I went to get it I found a very short cut almost bald, the private parts not cleaned well and the ears a lot more! 25 euros for an incomplete service and yes what did they do nothing of what I asked for?

Ho portato il mio barboncino nano per sistemarlo da un pessimo taglio effettuato la settimana precedente in un altra toelettatura di altra città. Sono molto soddisfatto, anzi ancor più delle aspettative che mi ero fatto. Bravi bravi bravi. Fast, professional and with a correct price.
