★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima sia la struttura che il posto soprattutto per chi ha la fortuna, come noi, di occupare la camera fronte mare. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. La cortesia e la gentilezza del personale sono pari alla loro disponibilità, sempre pronti ad accontentare la clientela. La pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti comuni è impeccabile. Ah.... a proposito... da non perdere la pizzeria DA MARIO A MARE, rigorosamente napoletana, situata sotto l'hotel. Buona vacanza a tutti.
 Excellent both the structure and the place especially for those who are lucky enough, like us, to occupy the room facing the sea. Excellent quality-price relation. The courtesy and kindness of the staff are equal to their availability, always ready to please customers. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is impeccable. Ah .... by the way ... don't miss the DA MARIO A MARE pizzeria, strictly Neapolitan, located under the hotel. Good holiday everyone.

Hotel sul mare, passeggiata lunga e piacevole a tutte le ore.
Nel ristorante dell'hotel si mangia molto bene, gustoso ma leggero.
Unico neo, il proprietario e tutto lo staff che si presenta la sera a servire cena, vestito con t-shirt nera, pantaloncini corti da jogging e scarpe da ginnastica...veramente di cattivo gusto e poco rispettoso verso i clienti.
Sembra che il proprietario passi di lì per caso mentre torna dalla sua corsetta !!
Excellent value for money, including the beach.
Hotel on the sea, long and pleasant walk at all hours.
In the hotel restaurant you can eat very well, tasty but light.
The only drawback, the owner and all the staff who show up in the evening to serve dinner, dressed in a black t-shirt, jogging shorts and sneakers ... really bad taste and not very respectful towards customers.
It seems that the owner passes by by chance on his way back from his jog !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: a un passo dal mare, ombrellone e lettini inclusi nel prezzo, letti molto comodi, buona la pulizia delle stanze, cambio asciugamani quotidiano, parcheggio, camerieri molto gentili, pizza niente male.
Contro: menù talvolta troppo semplice, qualità discreta/scadente delle materie prime, colazione poco ricca, non attrezzati per i bambini piccoli, arredi un po' vetusti, cattivo odore di fogna nei corridoi e nel vano ascensore, spiaggia non attrezzata (devi aprire tu l'ombrellone, non c'è bar né bagnino, no personale dedicato).
Al rapporto qualità-prezzo darei un cinque e mezzo.
Nel complesso la vacanza non è andata malissimo, ma non lo consiglierei.
Pros: one step away from the sea, umbrella and sunbeds included in the price, very comfortable beds, good cleaning of the rooms, daily towel change, parking, very kind waiters, not bad pizza.
Cons: sometimes too simple menu, decent / poor quality of raw materials, not very rich breakfast, not equipped for small children, somewhat outdated furnishings, bad smell of sewage in the corridors and in the elevator shaft, beach not equipped (you have to open the umbrella, there is no bar or lifeguard, no dedicated staff).
I would give a five and a half to the quality-price ratio.
Overall the holiday didn't go too badly, but I wouldn't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and service at this hotel is unprofessional and rude. I made a booking and upon arrival i was not given the room configurations i had booked, they then tried to charge me extra money and the Manager had disappeared and i was told i would need to wait maybe 30 minutes until he arrived back and noone could contact him.
When i was able to speak to him on the phone he was rude, yelled at me and would not assist.
I had to cancel and i was refused a refund. The most horrible experience i have had in italy.
