Abbastanza scorretto nel preventivare un prezzo per poi maggiorarlo all"atto del pagamento, giustificando la cosa con variazioni non dette in precedenza, anche con atteggiamento scortese e intimidatorio, alzando il tono di voce. Inoltre, rifiuta il pagamento pos, nonostante la presenza dell'indicazione appiccicata sul vetro, accampando una banale scusa di cambio banca.
