★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo a me non è andata così bene, a marzo in una fiera espositiva di prodotti biologici alla Fortezza da Basso a Firenze ho acquistato un piccolo tartufo al banco di Calugi , ma quando, a casa l'ho pulito e aperto per usarlo era solo un agglomerato di bachi, tutto bucato, non se ne è salvato niente. 10 euro buttati via.
Unfortunately it did not go so well, in March in an exhibition of organic products at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence I bought a small truffle at the Calugi counter, but when I cleaned and opened it at home to use it it was just a agglomeration of worms, all laundry, nothing has been saved. 10 euros thrown away.

Ed ogni derivato: Il burro, l’olio, sale, salse patatine creme….oltre splendide creazioni geniali come il Macinino di puro tartufo.. sali polveri e ancora ancora!!! Ci tornerò presto ????
The owners Stefania and Jury are exceptional! Like their products: fresh truffles all year round !!! And each derivative: Butter, oil, salt, sauces, crisps, creams ... as well as splendid brilliant creations such as the pure truffle grinder .. salt powders and more !!! I'll be back soon ????

Per entrare dovete citofonare, non è il classico negozio con vetrine... Salite le scale verrete accolti da personale molto cordiale,preparato e disponibile ad illustrarvi tutti i prodotti dell'azienda.
