La qualità di Doimo la si conosce ed è molto buona, peccato per il trattamento da parte della Titolare Stefania, molto altezzosa e poco propensa a portare a termine una vendita mantenendo buoni rapporti con il proprio Cliente. La qualità dei prodotti è ottima, ma la vera differenza la fanno competenza, professionalità e attenzione di Lucia e Stefania. Ci hanno guidato con gusto nelle scelte senza farci perdere tempo e capendo al volo le nostre esigenze. Hanno inoltre seguito il cantiere e le pratiche della ristrutturazione. Ci siamo sentiti suggerire di rivolgerci a Emmaus che l'avrebbe rottamata gratuitamente, consigliandoci l'acquisto di una nuova cucina. Ci siamo allora rivolti a Stefania Arreda, l'altro punto ufficiale Arc Linea a Verona e abbiamo potuto apprezzare la professionalità degli architetti Stefania e Lucia. Con pazienza e competenza ci hanno assistiti in un'operazione che ha dato nuova vita alla nostra cucina, recuperando la gran parte dei mobili e soprattutto sfruttando la totalità dei piani in quarzo esistenti. Con l'occasione abbiamo acquistato altri mobili che ci servivano per la nuova casa trovando sempre consiglio e assistenza molto professionale. Anche nei piccoli normali problemi di post-vendita Stefania Arreda ha dimostrato molta serietà, disponibilità e capacità di risoluzione. Stefania Arreda si è dimostrato molto più di un semplice negozio: un vero studio di architettura. Having to readjust our Arc Linea kitchen for about 6 years, we had turned to the well-known Valpolicella shop where we had purchased it. We were advised to contact Emmaus who would have scrapped it for free, advising us on the purchase of a new kitchen. We then turned to Stefania Arreda, the other official Arc Linea point in Verona and we were able to appreciate the professionalism of the architects Stefania and Lucia. With patience and competence they assisted us in an operation that gave new life to our kitchen, recovering most of the furniture and above all exploiting all the existing quartz worktops. On this occasion we bought other furniture that we needed for the new home always finding very professional advice and assistance. Even in the small normal after-sales problems Stefania Arreda has shown great seriousness, availability and ability to resolve. Stefania Arreda proved to be much more than just a shop: a real architecture studio.
A	Aldo Natale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale invece di impegnarsi per rendere felice il cliente, si impegna a giudicare la cucina scelta,paragonando l'anta che il sito Febal porta in prima pagina, come una di 15 anni fa, che secondo lei troviamo da rivenditori fuori Verona, e che grandi marchi ( a detta sua) non vendono. Senza neanche sapere il budget di cui disponevamo, la venditrice si è posta dicendo che non vendeva cucine da risparmio e che i suoi preventivi erano alti,il tutto senza neanche aver fatto il disegno e basandosi sul progetto di un altra cucina,di un altra casa, di altre persone, quando una cucina è proprio la prima cosa che deve essere personalizzata in base al singolo cliente. Nonostante avessimo chiarito che non avevamo problemi di budget, ci ha consigliato di andare da altre parti. Sperate che durante l appuntamento non arrivi nessuna telefonata,altrimenti la venditrice vi liquiderà come ha fatto con noi. Ve lo sconsiglio vivamente.
