Ne sono uscita sfinita, con un buono per un nuovo acquisto che spero di poter fare in un altro punto vendita. È stata una cosa molto spiacevole, che non mi aspettavo, considerando l’importanza del brand. E mi dispiace anche per la pessima figura che hanno fatto le commesse, assolutamente impreparate e disorientate, che forse andavano formate adeguatamente per tempo
