Ma mi hanno detto che e rotto. "solita scusa"quindi portatevi anche un bagno con voi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione e mancanza di professionalità..ho chiesto se avevano un articolo e il tizio che prende il materiale all'interno del negozio mi ha risposto sgarbatamente: (devi fa aaa fila come tutti, prima paghi e poi chiedi..) cosa pago che non so nemmeno se va bene quello che ti ho chiesto??fammi vedere qualcosa... Il ragazzo in cassa ha inserito l'ordine e ogni volta che facevo una domanda si stizziva come stessi chiedendo chissà cosa.. non sono organizzati dovrebbe esserci una persona che ti segue per l'ordine ed una che inserisce i documenti in macchina.. imparate soprattutto l'educazione! Per non parlare poi di quelli fuori che caricano..sono stato 15 minuti con il foglio in mano ad aspettare qualcuno che mi desse retta e quando ho chiesto ad un signore con il muletto mi ha risposto a quest'ora? Erano le 12.21 per ritirare un solo pezzetto che ci volevano 30 secondi a prenderlo. DA EVITARE
Rudeness and lack of professionalism ... The guy at the cashier placed the order and every time I asked a question he got angry like I was asking who knows what .. they are not organized there should be a person who follows you for the order and one who inserts the documents in the car .. especially learn education! Not to mention those outside who load .. I was 15 minutes with the paper in hand waiting for someone to listen to me and when I asked a man with a forklift he answered me at this time? It was 12.21 to collect a single piece which took 30 seconds to pick it up. TO AVOID

Hanno fatto 4 sbagli su 4 spedizioni. Un pezzo è arrivato danneggiato e non hanno voluto effettuare il cambio e mi sono ritrovato con delle parti in più pagate e non ordinate. Davvero PESSIMI.
We were left adrift, 0 professionalism and 0 communication, especially from the seller Fabio.
They made 4 mistakes out of 4 shipments. One piece arrived damaged and they didn't want to change it and I found myself with extra parts paid for and not ordered. Really BAD.

Dopo 20 minuti di attesa ed avermi portato inizialmente un prodotto sbagliato, mi hanno risposto che ormai erano le 17:30 e per prendere il prodotto giusto che avevo chiesto all'inizio dovevo tornare l'indomani. Veramente pessimi
