Per telefono era stato concordato un prezzo per le stampe e a opera finita si scopre che il prezzo effettivo è molto più alto.
 Zero respect for the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa per palese discrepanza fra quanto preventivato telefonicamente e quanto effettivamente pagato (con un prezzo a copia pari a 2,5 volte il prezzo medio applicato da copisterie in altre sedi universitarie, anche in città dove il costo della vita è nettamente superiore a Teramo!). È la prima volta che a fronte di una stampa fronte/retro di appunti di lezione, vedo calcolare il prezzo sul numero totale di facciate, per giunta incrementato del 67% a copia rispetto al preventivato, nonostante il palese consumo dimezzato di carta!
Negative experience due to obvious discrepancy between what was budgeted by telephone and what was actually paid (with a price per copy equal to 2.5 times the average price applied by copy shops in other universities, even in cities where the cost of living is significantly higher than in Teramo! ). It is the first time that in the face of a double-sided printing of lecture notes, I see the price calculated on the total number of sides, moreover increased by 67% per copy compared to the budget, despite the obvious halved consumption of paper!
