★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La stazione è posta in zona centrale, presenta nel piazzale davanti la fermata dell'autobus, la zona taxi (solo su chiamata), ed un parcheggio interrato a pagamento piuttosto ampio, inoltre ci sono anche parcheggi liberi in zona. È presente dentro un bar e la rivendita dei biglietti.
Nella piazza ci sono alcune sculture riferite ai novesi, la vecchia fontana ed una nuova fontana con giochi d'acqua e di luce.
Purtroppo la sera non è ben frequentata.
 The station is located in the central area, in the square in front of the bus stop, the taxi area (only on call), and a rather large underground parking fee, there are also free parking spaces in the area. It is present in a bar and ticket sales.
In the square there are some sculptures related to the novesi, the old fountain and a new fountain with water and light games.
Unfortunately, the evening is not well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pulissero un po' i binari tre E poi la piazza sembra un groviglio di Case gialle Quando arrivi da Via Girardengo vedi solo una gabbia grigia e gialla e la costituzione rossa e bianca è imbarazzante E adesso al pomeriggio la biglietteria è chiusa ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo le stazioni stanno cambiando tutte allo stesso modo: sempre meno personale, meno sevizi, più tristi e fredde.
Carino l'allestimento della piazzetta antistante.

The layout of the square in front of it is nice.
