M	Marco Gagliardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito nel quartiere Punta dell'Est a Riccione , la raccolta Porta a Porta è cominciata a metà Gennaio del 2020 e , fino a circa un mese fa non c'è stato alcun problema , ultimamente però ,mi è successo per cinque volte consecutive che gli operatori non abbiano ritirato o non abbiano visto (non ho ancora capito ) i miei rifiuti esposti entro il mio metro quadro privato ,delimitato da due muretti e cancello.Purtroppo il mio giudizio è nettamente negativo visto che ho segnalato questo problema solo al terzo evento mentre i due precedenti mi sono dovuto arrangiare riportandomi in casa i rifiuti !!!! , ma nonostante ciò si è verificato lo stesso problema una quarta ed una quinta volta e di nuovo ho chiamato il numero verde per circa due o tre ore senza ricevere risposta. Questo è un disservizio abbastanza grave !!!.....perché se fosse successo una o al massimo due volte avrei sopportato, ma cinque suona proprio come un'atto di forte negligenza al punto che adesso per far notare i rifiuti da ritirare sono costretto a metterli sulla strada per paura che non vengano visti.Se ricapita , considerato che non si riesce a contattare oltre ai centralinisti nemmeno un responsabile mi muovo per altre vie. I live in the Punta dell'Est district in Riccione, the Porta a Porta collection began in mid-January 2020 and, until about a month ago there was no problem, but lately, it has happened to me for five consecutive times that operators have not collected or have not seen (I still don't understand) my exposed waste within my private square meter, delimited by two walls and a gate.Unfortunately my opinion is clearly negative since I reported this problem only at the third event while the previous two I had to make do by bringing the waste back home !!!! , but despite this the same problem occurred a fourth and fifth time and again I called the toll-free number for about two or three hours without receiving an answer. This is a pretty serious disservice !!! ..... because if it had happened once or at most twice I would have endured, but five sounds just like an act of strong negligence to the point that now to point out the waste to be collected are forced to put them on the street for fear that they will not be seen.

Purtroppo lo stesso non è stato ritirato ne il giorno stabilito ma neppure dopo 3 solleciti fatti nei giorni seguenti. Ho voluto seguire le norme del senso civico, che sarebbe giustissimo rispettare, ma ora capisco chi abbandona i rifiuti vicino ai cassonetti, visto che il servizio è pessimo e di scarsissima qualità, rendendo la società Hera, oltremodo inaffidabile. Oggi sono venuti a raccogliere gli sfalci di potatura davanti al nostro ufficio ed hanno lasciato un bel casino. Capisco che devono ottimizzare il tempo ma lasciare resti ovunque non è civile. Anche se su altra proprietà mi sono occupato di raccogliere tutto in due grossi sacchetti di immondizia, ma adesso cosa ci faccio? Penso che ogni dipendente debba avere in mente la mission aziendale, pulizia e servizio dovrebbero essere quelli di Hera. Servizio pessimo zona papini a Riccione, ho il bidone del vetro pieno da tempo, presto invierò una diffida al comune per questo disservizio se non si adopereranno al più presto, uno fa tanto per differenziare i rifiuti e poi ha un servizio così pessimo, questa è una mancanza di rispetto. They haven't been picking up the glass on the agreed day for a month.
