Pumps do not deliver fuel when trigger is completely pressed; you have to hold it in the half.
The reimbursement recepeit, which comes out only if you are shrewd enough to ask it in time, is not easier to use if you are not aware of the above trick.
Like every self service station there is no staff but here you can be sure nobody will answer the phone number written on the reimbursement recepeit even during the indicated time.
Finally I think capable users will easily loose their time trying to understand the twisted functioning of the pumps while the money of the more inexperieced ones will be eaten by the machine.
STAZIONE FORTEMENTE SCONSIGLIATA!!!
Questa stazione di servizio ha le pompe che non erogano carburante se si preme a fondo il grilletto; bisogna allentare appena la presa e tenere premuto a metà.
Lo scontrino di rimborso (che salta fuori solo se l'utente è abbastanza scaltro da richiederlo in tempo) non è facilmente utilizzabile se non si è a conoscenza del trucco di cui sopra.
Come tutti i self-service non vi è personale ma in questo caso non rispondono manco al numero di telefono indicato sullo scontrino, negli orari indicati.
Concludendo gli utenti più ferrati perderanno certamente tempo a capire il contorto funzionamento di queste pompe e torrette self; mentre i più inesperti si faranno mangiare con facilità i soldi.

This service station has the pumps that are not delivering fuel if you press the trigger; you just have to loosen your grip and hold it halfway down.
The repayment receipt (jumping out only if the user is smart enough to ask for it in time) is not easy to use if you are not aware of the trick above.
Like all self-service there is personal but in this case I miss not respond to the phone number indicated on the ticket, in these hours.
