★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sempre trovata bene, ma questa volta una delusione.... Ho chiamato per prenotare le onde d'urto con l'impegnativa (come ho sempre fatto) ma c'era posto a fine anno, ma a pagamento subito!!!! Una delusione.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato mia nonna a fare una visita, peccato che non sia potuta entrare con lei causa Covid, altrimenti il medico G. ci avrebbe pensato due volte prima di essere maleducato. Ordinarle (nel senso cattivo del termine) di stendersi sul lettino o scansarle la mano mentre stava indicando il punto dolorante dicendo “sono IO qui la devo visitare!”, sono solo due dei comportamenti poco gentili di questo signore. Nulla da dire sul personale all’accettazione invece, gentile e disponibile. Peccato però per il dottore, che evidentemente deve ancora imparare l’educazione, soprattuto con le persone anziane.
I accompanied my grandmother for a visit, too bad she could not enter with her due to Covid, otherwise the doctor G. would have thought twice before being rude. Ordering her (in the bad sense of the word) to lie down on the bed or avoid her hand while she was pointing to the painful spot by saying "I am here I have to visit her!", Are just two of the unkind behaviors of this gentleman. Nothing to say about the reception staff, however, they are polite and helpful. Too bad, however, for the doctor, who obviously has yet to learn education, especially with the elderly.

La signora che si occupa dell’accoglienza è molto gentile
Una pecca non da poco: insistono giustamente sull utilizzo corrretto de la mascherina e tutti gli operatori dell accoglienza hanno la mascherina sul mento… il vetro non è motivo di utilizzare la mascherina in questo modo
Anche perché non è un vetro completo ma con fessure laterali superiore ed inferiore

Arrivo anche in anticipo. Stanco di aspettare chiedo gentilmente come mai così in ritardo nonostante un appuntamento. Mi risponde un ragazzotto alla cassa con toni arroganti e maleducati che il mio appuntamento è slittato e dovrò attendere ancora 1 ora!!!... Che serietà!!! Che organizzazione!!! Sconsiglio vivamente!!!

I also arrive early. Tired of waiting, I ask politely why so late despite an appointment. A boy at the cashier replies with arrogant and rude tones that my appointment has been postponed and I will have to wait another 1 hour !!! ... What seriousness !!! What an organization !!! I strongly advise against !!!

Disposto al primo piano di una palazzina con ascensore.
Personale medico e infermieristico competenti.
Purtroppo senza zona parcheggio riservata, consiglio arrivare in anticipo.
Very kind staff, very attentive to Covid directives.
Arranged on the first floor of a building with a lift.
Competent medical and nursing staff.
Unfortunately without a reserved parking area, I recommend arriving early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto pulito. Sono organizzati bene niente da diri su distanze e fanno entrare sono in orario dell' appartamento ? è grazie. Sono organizzati meglio dei altri ambulatori e anche al telefono non stai troppo in attesa, per non dire che anche i medici sono bravissimi. Grazie
Clean place. They are well organized, nothing to say about distances and they let you in only on time of the apartment ? thank you. They are better organized than other clinics and even on the phone you don't wait too long, not to say that the doctors are great too. Thank you
