e	elena damata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata il 31 dicembre 2019 e devo dire di essermi trovata molto bene, il locale e’ molto grazioso , luminoso e pulito , inoltre e’ facilmente raggiungibile in quanto situato vicino la metropolitana , il personale oltre ad essere molto cordiale e ‘ disponibile e molto preparato a livello ! Mi hanno fatto una piega impeccabile e un make-up meraviglioso curando ogni minimo particolare Grazie I was on 31 December 2019 and I must say I found myself very well, the place is very nice, bright and clean, it is also easily accessible as it is located near the subway, the staff as well as being very friendly and helpful and very prepared level! F	Fede Fede on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima "non esperienza". abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto groupon e ovviamente chiamato per prenotare. avvisati della scadenza del coupon, ci danno appuntamento in una data successiva. Ci presentiamo e non accettano il coupon dicendo che era scaduto!! Abbiamo chiamato la titolare che ci ha risposto in modo talmente maleducato ed aggressivo che siamo state contente di non averci avuto che fare. decisamente maleducata. non la consiglio solo per questo. fortunatamente invece groupon ha compreso e rimborsato. spero che eliminino la convenzione con questo fornitore. sono davvero rimasta basita da tanta maleducazione e arroganza con un cliente. very bad "not experience". we purchased a groupon package and obviously called to book. be advised of the expiration of the coupon, give us an appointment at a later date. We introduce ourselves and they don't accept the coupon saying that it had expired !! We called the owner who responded so rudely and aggressively that we were glad we had nothing to do with it. decidedly rude. I was really appalled by so much rudeness and arrogance with a client.

Mirella, da brava professionista riesce subito a capire il tipo di taglio richiesto, mettendosi subito a lavoro (taglio pettine e forbice) fino ad arrivare ad una perfetta ultimazione del taglio.
