Fino ad oggi. Ho portato la mia Fiat 500X a richiedere un controllo per un problema all'aria condizionata. Il mio dubbio è che fosse presente una perdita in quanto non fuoriusciva più aria fredda, e dopo soli 3 anni è davvero anomalo. inoltre da mesi avevo già segnalato loro un problema di condensa nei fari anteriori ed un fastidioso problema audio nelle casse posteriori. Così, avendo ancora l'auto in garanzia l'ho portata presso questo centro assistenza. UN DISASTRO! Dopo aver effettuato il tagliando, mi è stato riferito che avrei dovuto pagare ulteriori 90 euro per l'aria condizionata, in quanto non vi era nessuna perdita ma semplice consumo. Potrebbe anche andare bene...ma questo è stato rilevato in mia presenza perchè l'addetto aveva dimenticato di controllare e lo ha fatto semplicemente accendendo l'aria e facendosela soffiare in faccia... Non è stato utilizzato alcuno strumento per la misurazione e mi è stato riferito che, e cito: " FORSE MANCAVA TUTTA, FORSE SOLTANTO 100gr" Riguardo alla mia richiesta di garanzia dei pezzi citati prima, invece, a distanza di mesi, mi è stato riferito che le parti rientrano si, in garanzia, ma che devo attendere ancora perchè è passato poco tempo. Per concludere aggiungo che mi sono poco dopo presso un altro centro assistenza autorizzato che ha rilevato una fuoriuscita di gas refrigerante. VERGOGNOSO! semplicemente VERGOGNOSO. So, still having the car under warranty, I took it to this service center. A DISASTER! After the service was done, I was told that I would have to pay an additional 90 euros for the air conditioning, as there was no leakage but simple consumption. It could also be fine ... but this was detected in my presence because the attendant had forgotten to check and did it simply by turning on the air and having it blow in his face ... No instrument was used for the measurement and I was told that, and I quote: "MAYBE ALL MISSED, MAYBE ONLY 100gr" With regard to my warranty request for the pieces mentioned above, however, after months, I was told that the parts are covered by the warranty, but that I still have to wait because a short time has passed. To conclude, I would add that shortly after I went to another authorized service center that detected a refrigerant gas leak. SHAMEFUL! simply SHAMEFUL.
