Non mi hanno voluto cambiare le scarpe (pagate il doppio del prezzo di Amazon) poichè leggermente sporche sotto (ovviament visto che le ho provate in strada per 10 minuti). Non hanno voluto sentire alcune spiegazione. Ho sempre voluto valorizzare i piccoli negozi a discapito dei grandi ecommerce, ma non comprerò mai più da loro!!! Unkind staff. They didn't want to change my shoes (you pay double the price of Amazon) because they were slightly dirty underneath (obviously since I tried them on the street for 10 minutes). They didn't want to hear any explanation. I've always wanted to enhance small shops to the detriment of big e-commerce, but I'll never buy from them again !!!
