★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono spesso andato con la vecchia gestione e devo dire che, tutto sommato, la qualità della carne era discreta (lo dico da persona del settore).
Sono stato di nuovo a settembre ed ho comprato solo del pollo (petto, cosce e fusi disossati): il risultato è stato pessimo! La carne il giorno dopo, conservata in frigorifero (a 0-4°C) "puzzava" nel vero senso della parola di rancido e putrefatto! Non ho fatto a tempo a consumare nulla perché ho dovuto buttare via tutto.
Stessa cosa per gli hamburger (sia stella che puro bovino), buoni al gusto ma con un calo peso quasi del 40 % misurato con la bilancia... mi dispiace ma non è carne 100% il prodotto come da voi venduto, e se anche lo fosse non è di buona qualità!
Ho trovato buoni i tagli interi non trasformati da loro come le lonze e le costate con osso.
Per questo do 2 stelle, sperando in un miglioramento futuro.
PS: Un consiglio, eliminate tutto quell'olio dalle carni a banco, non serve a nulla e si capisce che è fatto per non far annerire la carne.
I have often gone there with the old management and I must say that, all in all, the quality of the meat was decent (I say this as a person in the sector).
I was back in September and I only bought some chicken (breast, thighs and drumsticks): the result was very bad! The meat the next day, stored in the refrigerator (at 0-4 ° C) "stank" in the true sense of the word of rancid and putrefied! I didn't have time to consume anything because I had to throw everything away.
Same thing for the burgers (both star and pure bovine), good to the taste but with a weight loss of almost 40% measured with the scale ... I'm sorry but the product as sold by you is not 100% meat, and if it was not good quality!
I found the whole cuts not processed by them as good as the loins and ribs with bone.
For this I give 2 stars, hoping for a future improvement.
PS: A piece of advice, eliminate all that oil from the meat on the counter, it is useless and you understand that it is made to prevent the meat from blackening.
