Aggiornamento... il servizio clienti rinnovato ha risolto tutti i problemi in poco tempo e pertanto modifico la recensione riconoscendo il merito a questi ragazzi che hanno risolto tutti i problemi assolvendo agli impegni.
Last coupon under warranty ... Definitely not satisfied. And they haven't fulfilled their commitments the previous year ... Too distracted?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche abitando a circa 360km ho portato la mia Mercedes Classe A alla Star Class di Perugia ottima accoglienza da parte del sig. Stefano (accettazione) e massima professionalità dal tecnico-meccanico Milan che mi ha consigliato anche installazione della dash cam, installazione peraltro perfetta. Soddisfattissimo sia per il lavoro svolto sia per i consigli dati. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento per successivi tagliandi ordinari, manutenzione ed eventuali acquisti.
Even living about 360km away, I took my Mercedes A-Class to the Star Class of Perugia, an excellent welcome by Mr. Stefano (acceptance) and maximum professionalism from the Milan technician-mechanic who also advised me to install the dash cam, a perfect installation. Very satisfied with both the work done and the advice given. It will be my point of reference for subsequent regular servicing, maintenance and any purchases.

Un ringraziamento al meccanico Milan per aver eseguito l’adattamento al cambio automatico dopo che un altra officina in un altra città sempre di questo marchio (MB) aveva eseguito il cambio dell’olio del cambio automatico sbagliando clamorosamente il livello dell’olio oltre al necessario.
Merita aver lasciato l’auto a centinaia e centinaia di km a dove abito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officina consigliatami ed alla prima occasione utile sono passato, plus non da poco che nei service della mia zona difficilmente ho riscontrato la carrozzeria interna, staff giovane ma ben preparato con un bel team.
Ho eseguito il tagliando alla mia Classe A, e fatto visionare alcuni rumori all'auto, il tutto seguito da Milan usando cura e passione nel suo lavoro. A fine lavoro anche un gradito omaggio.
Sarò felice di tornare nonostante i quasi 300km
