★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raramente mi trovo a lasciare recensioni negative perchè l'esperienza può essere un caso isolato o frutto di disattenzione ma in questo caso non è possibile in quanto il mio cane è stato tosato letteralmente da un macellaio. Non ho assistito in quanto ho lasciato l'onere di portarlo in negozio ad altra persona ma una volta tornato a casa ho potuto vedere l'opera: pelo corto raso carne, ciuffi di pelo lungo lasciati un po' ovunque, la testa tosata con nessun criterio di simmetria, la coda tagliata a gradini. Inoltre il cane per la tipologia di pelo è portato a sviluppare nodi e non sono stati tolti neanche tutti, alcuni sono rimasti, sicuramente per disattenzione. Non posso valutare il trattamento riservato al cane perché come detto non ero presente ma la toelettatura è stata eseguita da un inesperto. In questi casi ci si dovrebbe affidare a professionisti perché si tratta della salute di esseri viventi, spero (per loro) sia un caso isolato e che non capiti ad altri cani/gatti quanto occorso al mio.
I rarely find myself leaving negative reviews because the experience may be an isolated case or a result of carelessness but in this case it is not possible as my dog was literally shorn by a butcher. I did not see it because I left the burden of bringing it to the store to another person but once back home I could see the work: short flesh-shaved fur, long hair tufts left a little everywhere, the head shorn with no symmetry criterion, the tail cut in steps. Moreover the dog due to the type of hair is led to develop knots and not even all of them have been removed, some have remained, surely due to carelessness. I cannot evaluate the treatment given to the dog because, as I said, I was not present but the grooming was performed by an inexperienced person. In these cases we should rely on professionals because it is the health of living beings, I hope (for them) is an isolated case and that it does not happen to other dogs / cats what happened to mine.
