Oggi mi ritrovo a voler riprovare per l'ennesima volta un acquisto presso di loro richiedendo lo sconto DA LORO INDICATOMI A TITOLO DI "RIMBORSO PARZIALE" mediante il ticket di assistenza (senza indicare l'importo dello sconto da applicare) per i problemi avuti precedentemente. Chiamo il servizio clienti telefonicamente ed in particolar modo parlando con Luca (scortese è dire poco) che dopo aver controllato il ticket del mio ordine mi dice di non trovare scritto da nessuna parte che mi sarà concesso uno sconto. Pertanto, dopo aver rivisto personalmente il ticket, e e dopo aver indicato giorno e ora del messaggio da loro inviato con tale indicazione, mi viene detto di inoltrare una mail all'amministrazione per poter avere questo fantomatico sconto o indicazioni su di esso. Alla mia insistenza nel richiedere un suo intervento essendo dipendente dell'azienda e necessitando della stampa con estrema urgenza, mi viene riferito dal sig. Luca che "o si procede così o può provvedere all'acquisto senza sconto". Mio malgrado mi ritrovo nuovamente a pubblicizzare negativamente questa azienda e mi dispiace davvero molto in quanto hanno un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Today I find myself wanting to try again for the umpteenth time a purchase from them by requesting the discount FROM THEIR INDICATORS AS A "PARTIAL REFUND" through the assistance ticket (without indicating the amount of the discount to be applied) for the problems previously encountered . I call customer service by phone and in particular by talking to Luca (rude is an understatement) who after checking the ticket of my order tells me not to find written anywhere that I will be granted a discount. Therefore, after having personally reviewed the ticket, and after having indicated the day and time of the message sent by them with this indication, I am told to send an email to the administration in order to have this elusive discount or information on it. I am told by Mr. Luca that "either you proceed like this or you can buy without a discount". In spite of myself, I find myself again advertising this company negatively and I am very sorry as they have an excellent value for money. The staff is not very helpful

Ovviamente ci sono stati negati rimborso e ristampa, perché nonostante avessimo inviato i file secondo le indicazioni del sito e nel formato universale pdf (leggibile sempre uguale su qualunque dispositivo) l'errore di stampaprint è a carico nostro. In sintesi: il servizio è scarso, l'assistenza è ancora peggio, i prezzi poco sotto la media ma basta vedere il servizio per capirne il motivo. Scappate prima di buttare soldi e tempo con questa gente The product arrived wrong, we were told due to errors that other two platforms did not detect on the same file, printing it without problems. Obviously we have been denied reimbursement and reprinting, because despite having sent the files according to the indications of the site and in the universal pdf format (readable always the same on any device) the printaprint error is our responsibility. In summary: the service is poor, the assistance is even worse, the prices just below average but just look at the service to understand why. Run away before you waste your time and money on these people
M	Maurizio Steele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono molto contento della stampa dei miei segnalibri promozionali: ho fornito io tutto il materiale grafico, il prezzo era ragionevole, il prodotto realizzato professionalmente ed i tempi ottimi (sono arrivati con un giorno di anticipo). voto 4 su 5 perché avrei gradito risparmiare qualcosa in più o magari avere almeno l'opzione di carta con grammatura più alta, mentre invece c'era una sola opzione disponibile. I am very happy with the printing of my promotional bookmarks: I provided all the graphic material, the price was reasonable, the product made professionally and the times were excellent (they arrived a day early). I vote 4 out of 5 because I would have liked to save a little more or maybe have at least the option of heavier weight paper, while instead there was only one option available.

Abbiamo fatto stampare delle etichette ed il risultato è stato orribile, il colore non corrispondeva minimamente a quanto richiesto. Il prodotto ricevuto è assolutamente fantastico, sia nella qualità della stampa che nelle rifiniture di taglio. Sono estremamente soddisfatto, suggerisco questo servizio a chiunque voglia realizzare un prodotto grafico di qualità senza spendere cifre astronomiche. Unica sbavatura per cui manca una stella : i cartoni usati per l'imballo logori e fessurati. Su una tiratura da 250 fogli contati, da consegnare a un altro cliente, non va bene trovarne un 50% con pieghe sugli angoli (orecchie)... 4 Various A4 leaflets printed well, with excellent color rendering. Very punctual and helpful assistance. The only flaw missing a star: the worn and cracked cartons used for packaging.
