Bad service ... after several days from the bank transfer I had to solicit and wanted 3 times the bill (on the site is not indicated) .. 2 posters packed with 2 agglomerated tubes result: damaged and useless..reponse: it is the courier's fault ... that's why it's cheap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti. Quando ho proceduto con l'ordine, scegliendo di non registrarmi, mi è stato chiesto di accedere al mio account per proseguire con l'upload del file. Creando a questo punto l'account non mi è stato più possibile interagire con l'ordine che stavo per mandare (ovviamente il pagamento però se l'erano già intascato). Ho scritto al "servizio clienti" che mi ha risposto di mandare il file tramite wetransfer, e fin qui ok; peccato che non ho più ricevuto nessuna comunicazione in merito al mio ordine, dovendo quindi ricontattare il servizio clienti. Arriva il poster, stampato in maniera parzialmente sbagliata, e senza nemmeno scusarsi rispondono che non sta a loro controllare la corretta stampa, che è risultata incorretta per "differenza tra immagine rgb e stampa cmyk". Classico esempio che la qualità si paga.

By creating the account at this point, it was no longer possible for me to interact with the order I was about to send (obviously the payment, however, had already been pocketed). I wrote to the "customer service" that he replied to send the file via wetransfer, and so far ok; pity that I have not received any communication regarding my order, therefore having to contact customer service again. The poster arrives, printed in a partially wrong way, and without even apologizing they reply that it is not up to them to check the correct print, which turned out to be incorrect for "difference between the rgb image and cmyk print". Classic example that quality is paid for.

Avete parecchi problemi con l'upload dei files e se non li ricevete non contattate il cliente ma aspettate che il cliente vi contatti per chiedere spiegazioni. Migliorate il servizio al cliente!!
Inoltre l'ultimo mio ordine ci ha messo 6 giorni di preparazione, per due stampe mi sembra molto eccessivo e non conforme alle tempistiche che avete riportato sul sito web.
Lo consiglierò a potenziali clienti quando risolverete questi problemi, inesistenti con la concorrenza
