Servizio e assistenza clienti zero, metto 2 stelle perchè il pla è di buona qualità I am really sorry to have to put this negative review because when you work the problems can arise, but you do not act arbitrarily, contact the customer who has already paid for the order, expose the problem and try to solve it together. Dopo varie ricerche mi sono affidato alla guida del titolare, Andrea, il quale con tanta gentilezza e disponibilità ha saputo guidarmi all’acquisto della mia prima stampante e grazie al corso base di utilizzo della macchina mi ha dato le basi per essere in grado di sperimentare autonomamente sia la macchina che vari materiali. Il prezzo sul sito, 440€, dato per disponibile in 24h, confermato anche dalla chiamata per richiesta di informazioni, oltre che dalla prima mail. Tempi lunghi di risposta, quindi mando dei solleciti, in modo da poter ricevere fattura proforma e confermare l'acquisto. Noto sul sito che il prezzo aumenta a 490€, chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene risposto che sono leggi di mercato, non le fanno loro! MA SCHERZIAMO?! Io non ho sfruttato il modulo online di acquisto perchè avevo bisogno di fattura, e guardacaso proprio il prodotto richiesto aumenta di prezzo! E' come prendere un prodotto in negozio con prezzo esposto e poi pagare di più alla cassa. Alle mie rimostranze dicono che il prodotto è finito, ne hanno venduti 2 in due giorni, anche qui scorrettezza, fosse vero, perchè io lo avevo richiesto e potevano darmi priorità. Il prodotto resta comunque disponibile in consegna 24h! Mi hanno fatto perdere solo del gran tempo! Ho gli screenshot perchè di FURBETTI del genere, che variano il prezzo dopo la richiesta di informazioni ne ho trovati tanti! m	mirco frasson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti e inadeguati diffidate da questa azienda...24/48 di spedizione fasulla...dopo 18 giorni dall'ordine e ripetute chiamate non si sa nulla dell'ordine...per poi scoprire che dovevano ancora spedire e non avevano materiale in casa omettendo tutte le informazioni...non posso dare -5 stelle solo perché Google non me lo permette Incompetent and inadequate, beware of this company ... 24/48 fake shipping ... after 18 days from the order and repeated calls nothing is known about the order ... only to discover that they still had to ship and they had no material in home omitting all information ... I can't give -5 stars just because Google won't let me
