★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have a great sample roaster from STA but have not managed in 12 months and over 10 emails and phone calls to receive any parts for it - its now useless and no one calls/emails back ever . I DO NOT recommend this product due to its inexistent after sale service - what a pity !
