Non un carezza, non una parola di conforto... Ma tanta freddezza nei modi e nelle parole. I professionisti sono altri ;sono quelli che fanno il loro lavoro per vocazione e non per aumentare il bilancio annuale! Over the years, this clinic has become a money-grinding machine. I did not find professionalism or passion in the doctor who visited my dog. Not a caress, not a word of comfort ... But a lot of coldness in ways and words. The professionals are others; they are the ones who do their job by vocation and not to increase the annual budget!

Dopo aver girato diversi veterinari, affido il mio cane Leo a questa clinica, seguito dal Dott. Roberto che ha avuto l'eccellenza di far superare anche le paure di un cucciolo alla sue prime esperienze mediche, putroppo anche traumatiche. Non conoscevo queste realtà e differenze chirurgiche/ambulatoriari perché nuovo nella gestione di un cane, consiglio assolutamente la Clinica per sicurezza professionale e certezza della diagnosi. Professionalism, courtesy and availability. A high-value team, where competence and love for animals come together in an avant-garde structure. After touring several vets, I entrust my dog Leo to this clinic, followed by Dr. Roberto who has had the excellence of overcoming even the fears of a puppy in his first medical experiences, unfortunately also traumatic. I did not know these surgical / outpatient realities and differences because new in the management of a dog, I absolutely recommend the Clinic for professional safety and certainty of the diagnosis.

PESSIMA esperienza: a seguito di una dermatite da infezione cutanea, mi hanno dato per positivo alla leishmaniosi il cane che un paio di mesi prima era stato vaccinato (e quindi presentava elevati marker nel sangue)...nemmeno a leggere il suo libretto fornito in sede di visita... tra l'altro ho anche pagato 100€. Ci rido ancora da solo. Per decenza non aggiungo altro, ma lascio trarre le giuste conclusioni al lettore. I put a star because without it I could not review. BAD experience: following a skin infection dermatitis, they gave me as positive for leishmaniasis the dog that a couple of months earlier had been vaccinated (and therefore had high markers in the blood) ... not even reading his booklet provided in site of visit ... among other things I also paid 100 €. I still laugh at it alone. For decency I do not add anything else, but I let the reader draw the right conclusions.

Diagnosi completamente errata di un caso più che semplice , interpretata una perianale infetta (e necessario antibiotico) come dermatite da leccamento (per il quale hanno prescritto cortisone) . Ho dovuto peraltro insistere per avere questa visita con diagnosi errara, per la dottoressa era sufficiente un collare Elisabetta e via; mi hanno comunque acco nntentato con un appuntamento, di primo mattino, per il quale ho aspettato un'ora e mezza, per avere poi una diagnosi del tutto errata. Sconsiglio vivamente Bad experience. Completely misdiagnosis of a more than simple case, interpreted an infected perianal (and antibiotic needed) as lick dermatitis (for which they prescribed cortisone). e	erica di rado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver girato tante cliniche e conosciuto tanti dottori, finalmente in questa clinica ho incontrato il dottor Roberto che con grande professionalità e amore, ha combattuto insieme a me la battaglia di Fufy che purtroppo ci ha lasciati dopo mesi e mesi di terapie ma che grazie a lui ha avuto comunque la possibilità di Restare ancora un po' con me. Infinitivamente grazie Roberto. After having toured many clinics and met many doctors, finally in this clinic I met Dr. Roberto who with great professionalism and love fought with me the battle of Fufy who unfortunately left us after months and months of therapies but who thanks to he still had the opportunity to stay a little longer with me.
