L	Luca Colosimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La location si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo storico e nel nostro caso il check in è stato totalmente automatizzato. La camera era carina, confortevole e dotata di aria condizionata. Il letto era comodo. Mancavano solamente i prodotti per il bagno (bagnoschiuma) ed avrei dedicato maggiore attenzione alla pulizia. Per il resto nessun problema. The location is located on the second floor of a historic building and in our case the check in has been totally automated. The room was nice, comfortable and air conditioned. The bed was comfortable. Only bathroom products (shower gel) were missing and I would have devoted more attention to cleaning. For the rest, no problem.

L'arrivo è stato tradotto non sicuramente in accoglienza fisica ma bensì telefonica ?sotto un profilo molto asettico ed essenziale; specchio di quanto si respira in questa struttura. C'è da dire che il b&b nasce in un appartamento di una palazzina storica al 2°~piano, privo di ascensore, con problematiche serie nel parcheggio e con il rischio che ti demoliscano la macchina. L'accoglienza inesistente s'interrompe al momento del check-out dove ci ritroviamo ad ascoltare le bazzecole di chi, dietro una mini reception, si è rifiutato di esonerarci dalla tassa di soggiorno per malattia. Per lo più richiedendola maggiorata. Atteggiamento seriamente scorretto. Non mi sento di consigliare questo Bed. Le motivazioni tecniche le ho lasciate su booking. Unica nota positiva San Pietro, la sua cupola, che si può ammirare dal balconcino. We arrived at this structure because it is the only one available even if it is too far from Largo Agostino Gemelli. It must be said that the b & b was born in an apartment of a historic building on the 2nd ~ floor, without a lift, with serious problems in the parking lot and with the risk that your car will be demolished. The non-existent welcome is interrupted at check-out where we find ourselves listening to the trifles of those who, behind a mini reception, refused to exempt us from the tourist tax due to illness. Mostly by requesting it increased. Seriously incorrect attitude. I don't feel like recommending this Bed. I left the technical reasons on booking. The only positive note is San Pietro, its dome, which can be admired from the balcony.

M	Michelle Gallagher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my sister stayed here after a long day of traveling we couldn't get in 30 mins later a local women called the owner who let us in from her phone we stayed for 4 nights and never saw anyone it was supposed to be a bed and breakfast but we had to walk 10 minutes to a cafe which wasn't great there are alot better cafes in rome towels only get cleaned after 3 days if you want clean ones daily theres a charge of €10 per day also the room smelled after we had a shower of damp also be careful the owner took €235 out of my sisters account when it should be only €2 to validate her card it should have been payed on arrival thats what was agreed if i ever go back to rome i wouldnt stay here again was very disappointed

The nearesr garage hotel rold us is not open at night, please find some othera nearby, we parked at Via Aurelia at 10 am which is about 200 meters away, when we returned at 1pm, it was like this, the backside is opened, it ruins our trip. Never put luggages in the car. The hotel itself is nice place with smart lock, good price and quality, one star less because of neighboring.
j	john irvine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to stay for a few days in the city. My advice would be to download the mytaxi app. To get around the city without getting ripped off. This apartment is really close to the Vatican and there is some nice restaurants and bars close by
