La simmetrica facciata a salienti, rivestita in laterizio, è suddivisa in tre parti da due alte lesene; il portale d'ingresso centrale ad arco a tutto sesto, raggiungibile attraverso una piccola scalinata, è preceduto dal protiro a cuspide elevato su due colonne e due parastein pietra, coronate da capitelli compositi; ai lati si aprono due sottili monofore ad arco, mentre nel mezzo si staglia sul portico un grande rosone riccamente decorato; in sommità si sviluppa un motivo ad archi pensili con peducci in pietra, mentre a coronamento corre il cornicione con modiglioni in rilievo, sormontato al centro e alle estremità da alti pinnacoli; in corrispondenza delle cappelle laterali si aprono altre due monofore ad arco. The church is built on a single nave structure flanked by two chapels on each side. The symmetrical salient façade, covered in brick, is divided into three parts by two tall pilasters; the central entrance portal with a round arch, reachable through a small staircase, is preceded by a cuspid porch raised on two columns and two stone parastein, crowned with composite capitals; on the sides there are two thin arched single-lancet windows, while in the middle there is a large richly decorated rose window on the portico; at the top develops a motif with hanging arches with stone corbels, while at the crowning runs the cornice with raised modillions, surmounted at the center and at the ends by high pinnacles; at the side chapels there are two other arched single-light windows.

Ogni santa messa incensa la chiesa, dice che l'incenso fa salire i pensieri verso Dio, ok! Però con le mascherine che portiamo toglie il poco fiato alla gente, essendo facoltativo l'incensamento non capisco perché lo rende obbligatorio a tutte le messe per mio conto questa cosa non ha senso. E l'aria diventa irrespirabile con le mascherine per via del covid.
