Ho alcuni amici che avevano messo su un po di ciccia io li chiamavo senza offesa un po 'lardosi
La palestra con il supporto di queste meravigliose persone che sanno il fatto loro li hanno snellito un mio amico ha avuto con molto sacrificio addominali scolpiti ed ora ne è entusiasta e sebbene mangia il doppio di quello che mangiava prima brucia il triplo e i risultati ci sono e sta da Dio
