★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena con amico al squisio. In centro a prato, locale carino ben curato. Nei periodi caldi e possibile mangiare fuori, lungo la strada. Servizio veloce e molto cortese. Abbiamo preso un panino a testa, ed abbiamo preso il panino del giorno. Non aveva il classico hamburger, ma un controfiletto con insalata pomodori e salsa bbq e patatine a seguito. Molto buono, gustoso ben fatto. Da bere due classiche birre. Abbiamo speso 35euro, cifra giusta per il buon panino.
Dinner with a friend at the squisio. In the center of Prato, a nice well-kept restaurant. In warm weather it is possible to eat outside along the road. Fast and very friendly service. We took a sandwich each, and we took the sandwich of the day. He didn't have the classic burger, but a sirloin with tomato salad and bbq sauce and chips. Very good, tasty well done. To drink two classic beers. We spent 35 euros, the right amount for a good sandwich.

Casual, well cared for, great quality food, decent prices. I liked the service and the welcome. I recommend it, even to families for a hamburger different from the mega chains that crowd our city.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Buon menu è prezzi nella norma.
Gli hamburger e la carne sono deliziosi, con accostamenti ricercati e ben riusciti.
Il tiramisù è un po' troppo "pannoso" e il mascarpone assente o quasi.
Ottima scelta di vini e birre.
Consigliato per tutti
Nice place with very particular industrial-style furnishings.
Very nice and helpful staff.
Good menu and prices in the norm.
The burgers and the meat are delicious, with refined and successful combinations.
The tiramisu is a bit too "creamy" and the mascarpone is almost absent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! We went there for a Birthday party of a friend. We were about 20 people. Food was a huge disappointment. I heard from a friend that the food was not that bad on the regular day. I just think that they were not used to cook for these many people at that the same time. All burgers were all 'well done' despite all our orders were rare and medium rare. They were so so so so dry. The cheese or egg in the burgers were not helping, we have to down the half glass of beer to push it down. I love burgers and I like to try gourmet burgers, but the burger items in the menu are just regular things you might find everywhere. The buns are not that fresh either.
It's a shame. I had such high hopes for this place. Maybe we were there on a wrong day...
