Li richiamo dopo qualche anno a casa di mia mamma a Castelleone. Si presentano 2 stranieri(uno sicuramente) veramente poco professionali e alle prime armi. L'unica cosa invariata è il prezzo, peccato che ora mi ci vorrà una giornata per ripulire la casa. LA VECCHIA GESTIONE ERA MIGLIORE! It is no longer the old management. Dato che non hanno un idraulico ti chiedono subito di procurartene uno tu che dovrà essere presente quando arriveranno. Arrivati in 3 con autobotte al seguito, chiedono subito all'idraulico di smontare completamente il bidet, l'idraulico, dato che sono sanitari di 60 anni fa mi dice che c'è pericolo che si possa rompere mentre loro assicurano che non succederebbe nulla però non si accollano la responsabilità, togliamo lo scarico ed entrano comunque con la loro sonda collegata all'autobotte di sotto, tentano e ritentano senza concludere nulla, tra l'altro non mi chiedono neanche se ho versato del prodotto sturalavandini nello scarico che con la pressione dell'acqua nella sonda ha rischiato di fargli male. Dopo vari tentativi mi dicono che bisogna smontare completamente il water perchè secondo loro lo scarico del bidet ci finisce sicuramente dentro, secondo l'idraulico invece non è proprio sicuro in quanto nei vecchi scarichi si usava anche andare direttamente nello scarico principale e anche qui si pone il problema della rottura del water per lo smontaggio, totale nessuno si prende la responsabilità di smontare nulla, la loro sonda non stura nulla e io rimango col problema, l'idraulico capisce e non mi chiede nulla, loro 180 euro più iva. Lavorano molto di fretta ignorando ogni tentativo di far capire loro come è la conformazione della fognatura. Mi hanno libero lo scarico della fognatura ma nonostante gli abbia chiesto di pulire anche quello della cucina che confluisce nel chiusino insieme al bagno mi accorgo che non lo fanno, facendoglielo notare mi dicono "è pulito". Nell'aprire il tombino mi fanno saltare la piastrella (senza chiedere scusa) tutto con fretta si dimenticano di mettere il coperchio alla fossa dietro casa. Chiedo loro se possono verificare se anche i pozzetti del piazzale hanno problemi(ovviamente pagando), mi rispondono che se non dovessero scaricare di richiamarli che li puliranno. Una cosa è certa se avrò ancora bisogno non chiamerò più loro. De Santis. Irremovibili e scocciati, cedo, pago... la mattina seguente il problema si ripresenta, non mi rispondono più nemmeno al telefono. Mi è toccato chiamare un altra azineda, che ha risolto e mi ha fatto spendere meno. Stategli alla larga.
