Tuttavia l’esperienza di oggi per un “prezzo proposto fuori mercato”, verificato chiamando un gommista di Rovereto ed uno di Trento per avere riscontro.. mi hanno dimostrato che 100 euro minimo per montare 4 gomme invernali seppure su cerchi da 20 sono un esagerazione. Mercato libero non metto in dubbio, liberi di pagare tale cifra o di cercare chi è più conveniente o forse anche chi potrebbe essere più caro. Però mi hanno fatto sentire un pezzente per aver dato per scontato che fuori stagione per un cambio gomme 50 euro erano un insulto. Ripeto, telefono alla mano i primi due gommisti mi hanno confermato i 50 euro, dicendomi che ovviamente era un prezzo di favore ma “reale”. Quindi con mio dispiacere soprattutto per i rapporti passati e la qualità sempre dimostrata ,per la sola questione economica e per come mi è stato detto..mi sono sentito di scrivere questa recensione. Vi auguro buon lavoro! I have been their customer and over the years I do not doubt quality and professionalism and friendliness. However, today's experience for an "off-market price", verified by calling a tire dealer from Rovereto and one from Trento to get feedback .. they showed me that 100 euros minimum to fit 4 winter tires even if on 20 wheels is an exaggeration . Free market I do not doubt, free to pay this amount or to look for who is cheaper or perhaps even who could be more expensive. But they made me feel like a bum for taking it for granted that out of season for a tire change 50 euros was an insult. I repeat, phone in hand, the first two tire dealers confirmed the 50 euros, telling me that obviously it was a special price but “real”. So to my regret above all for the past reports and the quality always demonstrated, for the sole economic issue and for how I was told .. I felt like writing this review. I wish you good work!

I turned to them for a puncture in a tire, unfortunately my puncture was not repairable as it was very close to the shoulder of the tire; however they were very courteous, professional and also gave me some useful information ..

Bad both as a service but above all as a price, interested only in the profit and not in the service, not recommended unless you like to pay for nothing !!!!

Smontano lo pneumatico e, essendoci effettivamente solo 1mm di battistrada sulle ruote posteriori, mi propongono di montare 2 pneumatici usati a buon prezzo, confermo e procedono. Mi dicono che è tutto ok, pago e vado. 50km nuovamente calo pressione medesimo pneumatico.. sostanzialmente non è stata ricercata la perdita ma semplicemente venduto un prodotto.. pessima esperienza complessiva.. peccato. We go to this business for a loss of pressure in a tire, very positive ways and timeliness. They remove the tire and, as there is actually only 1mm of tread on the rear wheels, they offer me to fit 2 used tires at a good price, I confirm and proceed. They tell me that everything is ok, I pay and go. 50km pressure drop again the same tire .. basically the loss was not sought but a product was simply sold .. bad overall experience .. shame.
