★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se la cattiva sorte vi porta fino ad officina sprint, ricordatevi di FIRMARE sempre i preventivi che vi vengono sottoposti. Non vi fidate delle cifre dette a voce perché il consuntivo in fattura potrebbe regalarvi delle sgradevolissime sorprese. Poca trasparenza e tanta arroganza: questo il sunto della mia esperienza in questo posto, che sento di non consigliarvi!
If bad luck leads you to a sprint workshop, always remember to SIGN UP the estimates that are submitted to you. Do not trust the figures spoken verbally because the final balance could give you unpleasant surprises. Little transparency and a lot of arrogance: this is the summary of my experience in this place, which I feel I don't recommend!

Education and respect for the customer completely absent. Professionalism may be there but I haven't seen it. I would not recommend it to friends for sure.
