★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande, pulito, ordinato, tutti ben diviso in reparti e su 2 piani, tanti articoli ma niente di straordinario, solite firme, solite cose, sconti da saldo non spettacolari. Ricordo fosse molto più bello diversi anni fa.
 Large, clean, tidy, all well divided into departments and on 2 floors, many items but nothing extraordinary, usual brands, usual things, unspectacular discounts. I remember it was much nicer several years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si dovrebbero vergognare per il modo che hanno di trattare i clienti, per ritirare un kit, mi hanno fatto andate e tornare 3 volte, e alle 12.30 spaccate non mi hanno fatto entrare per fare un ritiro con il negozio visibilmente pieno.
Vi auguro di fallire al più presto così imparate a trattare con i clienti.

La prima regola del commercio è "Il cliente ha sempre ragione"
Mi domando perchè oggi mi ha fatto telefonare per comprendere il motivo del mio dissenso, se poi ha deciso di rispondermi dicendo che il mio pensiero è fuori luogo.
Come imprenditore dovrebbe assumersi la responsabilità di uno dei suoi dipendenti, ed accertarsi che questa cosa non si ripeta più!
Penso che le persone che si servono presso i Vs punti vendita, non tornerebbero ad acquistare se trattati nel medesimo modo.
Oggi ha perso un cliente che negli ultimi 5 anni solo per il calcio del figlio vi ha fatto fatturare €1000, ma se i clienti persi domani fossero 100?
Io lavoro in un mercato, dove se perdo un cliente perdo minimo l'importo equivalente, e se uno dei miei collaboratori (un ottantina) si permettesse un atteggiamento simile vs. un cliente, gli farei una lettera di richiamo e camminare....
Mio ultimo pensiero per lei, non sarebbe stato più consono semplicemente scusarsi, rassicurare un cliente che un atteggiamento così non si vedrà mai più nei vs. punti vendita, e chiedere con cortesia la rimozione della recensione, invece che replicare prima scusandosi e poi dicendo che il cliente è fuori luogo?

I work in a market, where if I lose a customer I lose at least the equivalent amount, and if one of my collaborators (about eighty) would allow himself a similar attitude vs. a customer, I would give him a recall letter and walk ....
My last thought for her, it would not have been more appropriate to simply apologize, to reassure a customer that an attitude like this will never be seen again in Vs. points of sale, and politely ask for the review to be removed, rather than replying first by apologizing and then saying the customer is out of place?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben assortito. Peccato per i prezzi troppo alti per essere a Pernate! Un consiglio abbassate i prezzi e migliorate anche l accoglienza !!!! A parte Silvia e Mara ....qualche commessa manco ti saluta e ti chiede se hai bisogno! Meno male che ci sono loro due che ti accolgono sempre sorridenti e hanno voglia di lavorare e condividere consigli con i clienti♥️♥️. Da rivedere un po' tutto secondo me.
Well assorted shop. Too bad for the prices too high to be in Pernate! A piece of advice lower the prices and also improve the welcome !!!! Apart from Silvia and Mara .... some saleswoman even greets you and asks you if you need! Luckily there are the two of them who always welcome you smiling and want to work and share tips with customers ♥ ️ ♥ ️. To review a bit of everything in my opinion.
