Dopo una semplice chimata e qualche scambio di email mi hanno fatto arrivare il corriere a casa che ha ritirato gli erogatori. Poi quattro giorni dopo hanno rispedito gli erogatori con tutti i pezzi che sono stati sostituiti. La revisione è stata davvero professionale (ho già provato gli erogatori che sembrano nuovi) ad un prezzo basso per il servizio svolto. Hanno risposto sempre in maniera tempestiva alle richieste via mail, tenendomi aggiornato sullo stato della revisione. Lo consiglierei assolutamente. A truly impeccable service. I had my regulators overhauled and I couldn't be happier. After a simple call and some exchange of emails, the courier arrived at the house and collected the dispensers. Then four days later they sent the regulators back with all the parts that were replaced. The review was really professional (I have already tried the regulators that seem new) at a low price for the service provided. They always responded promptly to requests via email, keeping me updated on the status of the review. I would absolutely recommend it.

Alcune piccole riparazioni sono gratuite per i clienti abituali. Per una riparazione in garanzia mi hanno perfino dato gratuitamente un computer sostitutivo. Che dire, io compravo tanto su internet, ma con questo servizio non ne vale più la pena, per tutto ciò che riguarda la subacquea! My favorite shop. Extreme attention to the customer, they accept used collection, and the used one they have is refurbished. Some minor repairs are free for regular customers. For a warranty repair they even gave me a replacement computer for free. What can I say, I used to buy a lot on the internet, but with this service it's no longer worth it, for everything related to diving!
