Prendere appuntamento è diventata un'impresa... sempre, sempre, sempre occupato. There is parking and they are very quick but also of few words both at reception and during the visit. Poco il parcheggio disponibile nelle aree adiacenti al palazzo ove si trova la struttura comunque facile da trovare per chi arriva da Milano. Hanno richiesto della documentazione per email e mi hanno dato tutte le spiegazioni necessarie. Essendo una situazione un po’ complessa la segretaria (gentile e disponibile) mi ha fatto parlare inizialmente col loro cardiologo e poi anche col direttore sanitario che é rimasto 25 minuti al telefono per darmi dei consigli e tutte le spiegazioni del caso. Faccio presente che in un altro centro per rispondere alla stessa domanda mi hanno chiesto di fissare un pre-appuntamento al costo di 40 euro. Per la disponibilità mostrata (ben oltre ogni aspettativa) vorrei dare più di cinque stelle. Incompetenti nella gestione delle prenotazioni nè nella gestione degli accessi, ci siam ritrovati a far la fila nelle scale del condominio in quanto le prenotazioni che hanno rilasciato non sono riusciti a gestirle. Inoltre dopo aver fatto la visita, dopo ovviamemente il pagamento ci vien detto che non riuscivano a stampare il certificato( anche se era già disponibile , mah) e di tornare mercoledi. Nel frattempo perdo due giorni di servizio già pagato. Chiamo Lunedi sera, per sapere se per qualche incrocio di pianeti, questi certificati erano già pronti e mi sento rispondere in maniera parecchio sgarbata che non era un problema loro se non sono riusciti a stampare il certificato ma il problema è che tutti si son presentati venerdi... quindi era difficile gestire le persone ( ma le prenotazioni non le hanno prese loro ?? ). Ribadendo che il disservizio che hanno creato loro non è roba da poco, la risposta è la seguente: "Signore, ma se lei deve fare il certificato, ci deve pensarci mesi prima, anche un anno prima, non deve venire di Venerdi con tutte quelle persone? ". Detto che, ripeto, le prenotazioni le han prese loro... e quindi devono essere loro a gestire quante persone riescono a gestire... ma penso invece che han preferito fare più cassa che gestire il cliente Really Bad Service. A un certo punto non ci capiamo e la signora diventa agresiva e maleducata… mi attacca con parole brutte e attacca il telefono. Richiamo per seconda volta e dico ma come si permette di mettere giù che io voglio solo prenotare una visita per mio figlio. Mi mette in attesa e poi mi dici che se minaccio ancora chiama i carabinieri!!! Non ascoltano attaccano di nuovo!!! Sono Anni che vado lì. —> MAI PIÙ !! Io volevo prenotare una visita!!!
