★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata da sportmarket perché mi si erano rotti gli attacchi dello snowboard. Ho trovato personale assolutamente disponibile, gentile e professionale. Ho comprato un paio di attacchi nuovi ad un ottimo prezzo, me li hanno regolati perfettamente secondo le mie esigenze e mi hanno anche aggiustato quelli vecchi. L'attenzione alle esigenze del cliente è sicuramente un punto di forza di questo negozio.
Non posso fare altro che dare 5 stelle, essere molto soddisfatta del servizio e consigliare sportmarket al 100%!
 I went to sportmarket because my snowboard bindings broke. I found the staff to be absolutely helpful, kind and professional. I bought a couple of new bindings at a great price, they adjusted them perfectly to my needs and they also fixed my old ones. Attention to customer needs is certainly a strong point of this shop.
I can only give 5 stars, be very satisfied with the service and recommend sportmarket 100%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto fornito ma personale maleducato se avessi potuto avrei dato 0 stelle. Per provare 3 paia di scarponi ci ho impiegato 1 ora e 30. Inoltre dopo aver provato due scarponi errati, troppo stretto e troppo largo, al terzo che mi stava abbastanza giusto mi è stato detto "se questo ti va bene allora va bene questo non mi metto a farti provare 50 scarponi per niente", dopo questo il commesso non si è più fatto vedere per 20 minuti quindi sono andato via. Un peccato perché hanno veramente molti prodotti solo che non è possibile provarli neanche su richiesta, se hanno troppi clienti allo stesso momento non penso sia il caso di trattarli frettolosamente e scortesemente casomai visto che avete poco personale date modo di provare le cose in autonomia almeno. Sicuramente non ci tornerò più.
Very stocked shop but rude staff if I could I would have given 0 stars. To try 3 pairs of boots it took me 1 hour and 30. Also after trying two wrong boots, too tight and too wide, the third one that fit quite right I was told "if this suits you then this is not okay. I'm going to let you try 50 boots for nothing ", after this the salesman didn't show up for 20 minutes so I left. A shame because they really have many products only that it is not possible to try them even on request, if they have too many customers at the same time I do not think it is appropriate to treat them hastily and rudely in case since you have little staff, give the opportunity to try things independently at least. I will definitely not go back there again.
