★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Prenotata una mountain-bike il giorno prima ma quando sono arrivata il titolare mi ha detto,in malo modo, che erano già tutte fuori. La scortesia regna sovrana.
 Bad service. I booked a mountain bike the day before but when I arrived the owner told me, in a bad way, that they were already out. Unkindness reigns supreme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il noleggio sci più scadente di tutta la zona. Metà degli scarponi da sci noleggiati avevano parti rotte o mancanti e faticavano a chiudersi. Certo, i prezzi sono un pelo più bassi della media ma ragazzi, con €5 in più ai noleggi dagli impianti prendete scarponi di qualità imparagonabili. Se tenete un minimo ai vostri arti inferiori lasciate perdere questo postaccio, è un consiglio!?
The cheapest ski rental in the whole area. Half of the rented ski boots had broken or missing parts and struggled to close. Of course, the prices are a bit lower than the average but guys, with € 5 more to rent from the lifts, you can get boots of incomparable quality. If you care a little about your lower limbs, forget about this bad place, it's a piece of advice! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha salvato le vacanze ai bambini: avevamo deciso di far loro imparare lo sci di fondo a Falcade e prenotato le lezioni con il maestro....Ma al momento di noleggiare gli sci abbiamo scoperto che a Falcade si prevede solo il noleggio a giornata, dieci euro a bambino: per noi insostenibile. Avevo anche provato a spiegare al titolare del noleggio di Falcade che il costo per quindici giorni di noleggio equivaleva al costo di sci, racchette e scarponi nuovi da Decathlon per tutti, ma non ha voluto farci neanche un euro di sconto. Delusione immensa dei bambini, ma per fortuna ci hanno indirizzato qui e li abbiamo noleggiati per tutta la stagione a un prezzo abbordabilissimo. Grazie!
He saved the holidays for the children: we had decided to let them learn cross-country skiing in Falcade and booked the lessons with the instructor .... But when it was time to rent the skis we discovered that in Falcade only day rental is provided, ten euros per child: unsustainable for us. I also tried to explain to the owner of the Falcade rental that the cost for fifteen days of rental was equivalent to the cost of new Decathlon skis, poles and boots for everyone, but he didn't want to give us a single euro discount. Immense disappointment of the children, but luckily they referred us here and we rented them for the whole season at a very affordable price. Thank you!
