Come un quadrifoglio in un prato di trifogli, ha però bisogno di fortuna e di attenzione per essere trovata. Genova è un prato di trifogli, costellato di quadrifogli pronti per essere notati e raccolti. Io il mio l'ho trovato a Borzoli nel vostro Sporting Smeraldo. Parto dalla cosa meno evidente, ma che per me ha fatto una grandissima differenza. Nora la ragazza che si occupa, anzi si prende cura della sala, osserva e con discrezione, nata sicuramente da esperienza e affezione per il proprio lavoro, si avvicina e ascolta, spiega e a volte anticipa le richieste. il cestino del pane vuoto ci è stato sostituito senza bisogno di farne richiesta. Sembra poco, ma se ci pensate è tantissimo. Il livello della cucina è stato cosi alto, da farmi capire che la mia stupida diffidenza e presuntuosa ignoranza rispetto al menù degustazione, mi ha tolto la possibilità di assaggiare piatti introvabili e forse irripetibili, dato che il menù è in base al pescato e praticamente allo stesso prezzo di quanto speso selezionando alla carta. La mia non è una voce autorevole, ma forse per questa sua assoluta normalità ha un plus valore dettato dalla sorpresa e dal piacere di trovare ancora posti in cui la cucina e la sala vengono affidate a mani, idee, e esperienza che le trattano con l'amore ed il piacere che gli è dovuto Exceptionality is something that breaks into normality, marking a difference, something that was not visible until then. Anche il servizio non ha pecche … gentilezza e disponibilità .. con i giusti tempi. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione… ottima scelta… era tutto buonissimo.Consigliatissimo. Dinner with colleagues…. Beautiful evening. Very accurate and particular cuisine. Fish-based dishes presented with taste and skill. Even the service has no flaws ... kindness and availability .. with the right times. We opted for the tasting menu ... excellent choice ... it was all very good. Recommended.
