Non altrettanto celere è stato il corriere (Bartolini) che per diverse volte, attraverso il tracciamento, mi indicava una data ed una fascia oraria di consegna che mi ha variato per 3 volte consecutive. Questo è il secondo ordine effettuato presso di voi e, tutte due le volte il corriere (sempre BRT) mi ha fatto penare per entrare in possesso della merce. Forse sarebbe il caso di cambiare corriere. Good morning. I recognize the extreme speed in the preparation and shipment of the ordered product by Sportiamo. Not so fast was the courier (Bartolini) who for several times, through the tracking, indicated me a date and a time slot of delivery that I changed for 3 consecutive times. This is the second order placed with you and, both times the courier (always BRT) made me struggle to get hold of the goods. Perhaps it would be appropriate to change courier.

Ho ordinato delle scarpe che già conoscevo, purtroppo il numero 38,5 non corrispondeva nella lunghezza della suola ai 24,5 cm come riportato nella mia vecchia scarpa, stesso modello. Per arrivare alla lunghezza della suola corretta ho dovuto prendere un 40, non so se sia dovuto al colore diverso che ho comprato, mistero. Il personale è stato gentilissimo ed anche se non rientravo nella politica di reso gratuito a fronte di questa incongruenza inaspettata, mi hanno cambiato il numero provvedendo loro al ritiro del precedente e consegna del nuovo. Sono stati di gran supporto in Whatsapp, dove si sono veramente interessati nell'andare a fondo al problema che avevo riscontrato. Ottimo servizio! It was the first time I bought in Sportiamoweb. I ordered some shoes that I already knew, unfortunately the number 38.5 did not correspond in the length of the sole to the 24.5 cm as reported in my old shoe, same model.
