★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo ? andai in questo ufficio ad agosto per depositare un assegno di lavoro e la loro risposta è stata " non posso depositare la assegno perché è una somma alta. E non hai potuto guadagnarli lavorando" non ho parole!!!! Squallidi!!!
 One star is too much ? I went to this office in August to deposit a work check and their response was "I can't deposit the check because it's a big sum. And you couldn't earn it working" I have no words !!!! Seedy !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' il punto di riferimento di tutta la Provincia di Rimini ed aree limitrofe per le novità filateliche, molto apprezzato anche dai turisti in periodo estivo.
Purtroppo lo sportello non è più esclusivo per la sola filatelia ma fa ANCHE servizio filatelico, comunque grazie alla professionalità della Simona non si aspetta mai troppo e si trovano quasi sempre tutte le novità e anche grande professionalità per quanto riguarda annulli straordinari e prodotti filatelici.
Unica nota negativa è che lo sportello si trova proprio di fronte all'ingresso e viene un po' troppo spesso "scambiato" per ufficio informazioni,da persone spesso molto sgarbate e insofferenti. Suggerisco di sistemare un corner informativo presidiato tra l'ingresso e lo sportello filatelico poiché purtroppo troppa gente non è in grado di capire quale biglietto deve prendere.
It is the point of reference for the entire Province of Rimini and neighboring areas for philatelic novelties, much appreciated also by tourists in summer.
Unfortunately the door is no longer exclusive for philatelic only but it is ALSO a philatelic service, however thanks to the professionalism of Simona she never expects too much and almost always find all the news and also great professionalism regarding extraordinary cancellations and philatelic products.
The only negative note is that the door is located right in front of the entrance and is a little too often "exchanged" for information office, by people who are often very rude and impatient. I suggest arranging a manned information corner between the entrance and the philatelic counter because unfortunately too many people are unable to understand which ticket they must take.
