★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come in tanti uffici devi arrivare con una scorta di pazienza x il tempo di attesa, ma alla fine ci si rende conto che ne vale la pena perché quando tocca a te sei seguito con pazienza, gentilezza, cordialità e soprattutto collaborazione. Esci dall'ufficio appagato.
As in many offices you have to get a supply of patience x the waiting time, but eventually you realize that it's worth it because when it's your turn you followed with patience, kindness, friendliness and above all cooperation. Exit the office satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno sono qui per criticare non tanto gli uffici quanto la fornitura di gas che viene erogato. Se dai miei fornelli esce più aria che gas mettete in conto lo stesso nella bolletta? Perché cucinare con l'aria o cucinare con il gas puro non è proprio la stessa cosa, eppure la bolletta è sempre molto salata. Grazie.
Hi, I'm here to criticize not so much the offices as the supply of gas that is being delivered. If more air than gas comes out of my stove, do you charge the bill for it? Because cooking with air or cooking with pure gas is not exactly the same thing, yet the bill is always very salty. Thank you.
