Il signore al entrata si mette a discuttere che l'agenzia è chiusa, non si puo entrare e che ce ne sono gente ancora da servire. Ma quand'è mai per ritirare ISEE, ci vuole un ora forse? Ce solo da dare il benedetto certificato e me ne sarei andato senza discuttere. Sono d'accordissimo ai commenti prcedenti. Bisogna svecchiare per essere effecienti! Deluso 5 minutes before closing, I arrive, only to collect the ISEE. The gentleman at the entrance starts to argue that the agency is closed, you cannot enter and that there are still people to serve. But when is it ever to withdraw ISEE, does it take an hour maybe? We just have to give the blessed certificate and I would have left without discussing it. I agree with the previous comments. You need to rejuvenate to be effective! Disappointed
