Ho ricavato i miei dati solo dai cartelli esposti. Da un lato è stato meglio perché ho fatto da me, dall'altro lato mi è sembrato di essere in un self service. Accessibile perché non molto distante dallo svincolo. Interesting. Good offers, but not satisfactory for my needs. I walked among the machines undisturbed. No one asked me anything. Nel gennaio 2020 acquisto una FORD KUGA, con cambio automatico, alla modica cifra di 13.500,00 purtroppo vivendo a Bologna mi sono dovuto fidare ciecamente delle parole del rivenditore che mi assicurava l'ottima condizione meccanica e generale del veicolo. Dopo soli 4 mesi dall'acquisto mi sono trovato costretto a sostituire il sistema di raffreddamento motore (1.300,00 €), ovviamente nessun rimborso o responsabilità del guasto è arrivata dalla SPORTAUTO. Era stato promesso lo storico tagliandi, MAI RICEVUTO, con una condizione kilometrica dubbia ( confermatemi dalla FORD di BOLOGNA), in quanto dopo soltanto 10 mesi e 15.000 km percorsi mi trovo costretto alla sostituzione del cambio automatico ( 4.500,00 €) dove ovviamente i gentil signori si negarono di ripagare neanche in parte. A conti fatti mi trovo un veicolo del 2013, costato la bellezza di 20.000,00 ( pari ad un acquisto di veicolo NUOVO). NB: si nascondo dietro una falsa assicurazione che a conti fatti non risarcisce nessun danno. Gestione davvero IMBARAZZANTE della vendita e del post vendita. Sconsiglio vivamente. TO AVOID. In spite of myself, I happened to buy a vehicle from the SPORT AUTO dealer. In January 2020 I bought a FORD KUGA, with automatic transmission, for the modest sum of 13,500.00 unfortunately living in Bologna I had to blindly trust the words of the dealer who assured me the excellent mechanical and general condition of the vehicle. After only 4 months from the purchase I found myself forced to replace the engine cooling system (€ 1,300.00), obviously no refund or responsibility for the fault came from SPORTAUTO. The historic coupons had been promised, NEVER RECEIVED, with a dubious kilometric condition (confirmed by the FORD of BOLOGNA), as after only 10 months and 15,000 km traveled I am forced to replace the automatic gearbox (€ 4,500.00) where obviously the gentlemen refused to repay even in part. On balance I find myself a vehicle from 2013, costing the beauty of 20,000.00 (equal to a purchase of a NEW vehicle). NB: they hide behind a false insurance which on balance does not compensate for any damage. Really EMBARASSING management of sales and after sales. I strongly advise against.

Gentili nel soddisfare le necessità del cliente. C	Carmelo Carlo Gerry Correnti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco i Grasso fratelli (Ogghiulari)da tantissimo tempo, un fratello si è diretto ad altro genere d'attività è rimasto Alfio ,coadiuvato dai propri figli ,che sono cresciuti e conosco da quando erano in fasce. Ho acquistato una splendida BMW Z4 dando una botta di allegria a mia sorella. La macchina si presentava in splendida condizione ovviamente la cifra richiesta adeguata. Dopo meno di una settimana vengono fuori delle problematiche ,che il precedente proprietario aveva allertato in casa madre BMW. Ora la vettura si trova presso una officina autorizzata, dove il problema non è stato ancora individuato e risolto. Sono certo ,che il sig Alfio ed il giovane Leonardo, sapranno gestire e portare a buon fine, questa situazione incresciosa ,che sta lasciando a piedi un'insegnante, creandole notevole disagio. Certo della sensibilità al problema e della fiducia a loro sempre data. Tutto si risolva nel migliore tempo possibile. Oggi 10/01/ 2022 siamo stati in BMW a Catania a ritirare la macchina, tutto ok ,una potenza inpressionante. Tutto bene!!!! I have known the Grasso brothers (Ogghiulari) for a long time, one brother went to another kind of business, Alfio remained, assisted by his children, who grew up and have known since they were in infants. I bought a beautiful BMW Z4 giving my sister a shot of joy. The machine was in splendid condition obviously the adequate amount requested. After less than a week, problems emerge, which the previous owner had alerted to the BMW parent company. The car is now in an authorized workshop, where the problem has not yet been identified and solved. I am sure that Mr. Alfio and the young Leonardo will be able to manage and bring to a successful conclusion this unfortunate situation, which is leaving a teacher on foot, creating considerable discomfort. Certain of sensitivity to the problem and trust always given to them. Everything is resolved in the best possible time. Today 10/01/2022 we were in a BMW in Catania to collect the car, everything ok, an impressive power. Everything OK!!!!
