★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nell' Aprile 2020 Ho acquistato online un paio di scarponi da sci che ho ricevuto regolarmente dopo qualche giorno. A causa delle limitazioni dovute al Covid ho potuto usare gli scarponi solo a fine dicembre 2021 rilevando purtroppo un piccolo difetto nella scarpetta interna. Ho ricontattato il negozio (Filippo) e nel giro di qualche settimana sono riusciti a sostituirmi in garanzia il pezzo difettoso (ad oltre 18mesi dall'acquisto !) Questa si chiama professionalità e attenzione per il cliente. Complimenti e grazie.
In April 2020 I bought a pair of ski boots online which I received regularly after a few days. Due to the limitations due to Covid, I was able to use the boots only at the end of December 2021, unfortunately noting a small defect in the inner shoe. I contacted the shop (Filippo) and within a few weeks they managed to replace the defective part under warranty (more than 18 months after purchase!) This is called professionalism and attention to the customer. Congratulations and thank you.
