★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo dei pantaloni da neve. Sono stata servita da un ragazzo che è stato molto gentile e professionale. Ad un certo punto è stato sostituito da un signore più anziano che molto bruscamente ha iniziato a prendere i capi che avevo in camerino. Forse il signore era scocciato perché sono rimasta in negozio più di mezz’ora ma in quel periodo sono passati solo un paio di clienti che non richiedevano il camerino. Alla fine ho comprato i pantaloni perché avevo già fatto altri giri e non avevo tempo per cercare altrove ma sono rimasta molto male e sicuramente non tornerò.
I was looking for snow pants. I was served by a guy who was very kind and professional. At one point he was replaced by an older gentleman who very abruptly started taking the clothes I had in the dressing room. Perhaps the gentleman was annoyed because I stayed in the shop for more than half an hour but in that period only a couple of customers who did not request the dressing room passed by. In the end I bought the pants because I had already done some more laps and I didn't have time to look elsewhere but I was very upset and definitely won't be back.
