Scelsi delle gomme di un certo tipo...il gestore accortosi che mi aveva venduto delle gomme non idonee alla mia auto me le ha cambiate con delle altre di pari prestazioni e prezzo leggermente superiore senza volere la differenza. Veramente gentile dato anche che mi ero offerto di pagare la differenza in.quesione. Veramente onesto.

I went here for a change of 2 summer tires. Polite and helpful staff. I chose tires of a certain type ... the manager realizing that he had sold me tires that were not suitable for my car, changed them to others of equal performance and slightly higher price without wanting the difference. Really nice as I also offered to pay the difference. Really honest.

Solo perché avevo sbagliato a indicare il numero giusto delle ruote da comprare ci mancava poco che mi desse una testata. Ha iniziato a sbraitare ed è andato via senza dirmi più niente. Rimango sempre una cliente e merito rispetto. Ma di sicuro a me non mi ci vedono più
