Ragazze professionali, Ivana gentilissima, non mi sono mai sentita così a mio agio e soddisfatta. Lo sto consigliando a tutte le mie amiche in zona e ho acquistato una card promozionale davvero vantaggiosa, se potessi darei anche più di 5 stelle! Ormai sta diventando la mia tappa fissa settimanale. Un complimento alla titolare che oltre ad essere una bellissima donna è premurosa e gentile e si vede che ci tiene a far sentire il cliente a suo agio e a farlo sentire importante e coccolato. Decido di fare una tessera proposta dalla proprietaria con la quale potevo usufruire di tutti i servizi, sia salone di bellezza che parrucchiere, al 50%. La tessera costava €100 da dare subito, e man mano che si usufruivano i servizi questi soldi scalavano. Ad un certo punto il negozio di estetica si stacca dal negozio parrucchiere e la proprietaria decide bene di cambiare le regole della tessera: non si poteva più usufruire del parrucchiere ma soltanto dell'estetista: un atteggiamento davvero poco professionale! Io ho fatto la tessera per i capelli, non ho mai usato un servizio estetico perché non mi interessava. Fatto sta che ora mi rimangono €50 sulla tessera che non potrò usare in quanto nel negozio di estetica non voglio andarci, anche per un fatto di principio! Cambiare gli accordi così non è stato piacevole. Una mancanza di rispetto assurda. Ho provato a parlare con la proprietaria, in modo molto tranquillo, chiedendo se fosse possibile usare la tessera al centro parrucchiere, o se fosse possibile qualche altra soluzione per venirci incontro, Ma niente non c'è stato verso. I patti erano altri e non sono stati rispettati. Non tornerò più. La professionista che me l'ha fatta era talmente in gamba da avermi evitato qualsiasi tipo di imbarazzo e anche il dolore è stato ridotto al minimo. I had a wax today. Mani d'oro, sono uscito rigenerato e rilassato, prenderò sicuramente il pacchetto con altri massaggi, consigliatissimo!!
