G	Giuse_Noci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pizza buona, saporita, ma per i miei gusti crosta troppo grossa e pesante. il mio voto sarebbe stato 4 stelle, non fosse che passata 1 ora e mezza da quando ho mangiato la loro pizza bufala sono dovuto correre in bagno in preda a forti dolori, facendomi avere la dissenteria. mi scuso per il linguaggio ma é pura sincerità la mia e non c’è altro modo per dirlo. mai avuto problemi a mangiare una bufala, pizza mia abituale, ma con questa qui è stata proprio una brutta esperienza, anche se più dopo che mentre. venite in questo locale a mangiare una buona pizza se siete disposti a sentirvi male dopo, buona fortuna! good pizza, tasty, but for my taste too big and heavy crust. my rating would have been 4 stars, if it hadn't been 1 and a half hours since I ate their buffalo pizza I had to run to the bathroom in severe pain, causing me to have dysentery. I apologize for the language but mine is pure sincerity and there is no other way to say it. never had a problem eating a buffalo, my usual pizza, but with this one it was just a bad experience, albeit more after than while. come to this place to eat a good pizza if you are willing to feel bad afterwards, good luck!

Nelle foto trovate una pizza a fantasia dello chef,con cipolla caramellata e gnommareddi, che mi ha particolarmente colpito, ed una pizza leggera a base piadina con le verdure, ideale per chi ha voglia di rimanere leggero. Ottimi gli antipasti, frittini e soprattutto le chips casarecce associate alle tre salsine da provare assolutamente. Le pizze buone, di tipo napoletano, con un menù diversificato con diversi accostamenti da provare. Abbiamo scelto la Venere che era molto buona e la Purple Rain fritta, che è risultata un po' pesante negli accostamenti e troppo dolce nel sapore in generale. Forse bisognerebbe rivedere gli accostamenti e andare per sottrazione altrimenti si perde il sapore di tutto. Ad esempio la riduzione di rucola si perdeva nella crema di patata viola. Nel complesso una buona pizzeria, con prezzi medio/alti, ottimo il dolce, tiramisù al pistacchio. Personale cordiale e disponibile. C	Concy Peluso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho avuto il piacere di conoscere questa pizzeria(sembra riduttivo L'ECCELLENZA) su Instagram....essendo andata al mare a Porto Cesareo abbiamo deciso una sera di andarci...mai pensata migliore! anche se abbiamo fatto 80 km da un luogo di villeggiatura ne è valsa veramente la pena (io sono della provincia di Napoli) Pizze fantastiche sia dal punto di vista estetico che dal punto di vista gastronomico (sarà soprattutto la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate)....se vi trovate in vacanza nel Salento sono da provare assolutamente....Quando si dice che anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte è verissimo! anche il locale è molto carino e innovativo, per non parlare del personale giovane e professionale...non condivido affatto che si dica che i prezzi sono alti! assolutamente il rapporto qualità/prezzo "EQUO"! la qualità ha il giusto prezzo! e lo dice una napoletana mangiatrice di pizza!
