★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sporca. Ci sono capitato l’ultima domenica di marzo e questa piccola spiaggia era di fatto una discarica. Anche fuori stagione balneare non è possibile tenere così una spiaggia anche se piccola.
La parte della scogliera è suggestiva, ma per accedervi c’è da passare dinanzi a delle case.
Dirty. It happened on the last Sunday of March and this small beach was in fact a dump. Even outside the beach it is not possible to keep a beach even if it is small.
The part of the cliff is suggestive, but to access it there is to pass in front of the houses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incastonata tra due lingue di pietra è più che altro una distesa di roccia su cui stendersi a prendere il sole. Difficile scendere in acqua. La parte sabbiosa sarà lunga si e no 5m. Carina ma essendo stato a Lama Monachile e Cala Paura la preferisco meno...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un fuori periodo è il massimo.piccola e accogliente. Una caletta accessibile e anche con un forte vento sempre tranquilla e molto selvaggia. Possibilità di un pezzettino di spiaggia ma il bello sono gli scogli e l'acqua verde smeraldo, dove potersi tuffare e apprezzare il vero mare di Polignano
For an off-season it's the best. Small and cozy. An accessible cove and also with a strong wind always quiet and very wild. Possibility of a small piece of beach but the beauty is the rocks and the emerald green water, where you can dive and appreciate the real sea of Polignano

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati stamattina in questa spiaggia e incontrando un anziano del posto ci ha spiegato che questa è una delle spiagge più belle Polignano, poiché veniva la Contessa del castello ? a farsi il bagno!! Infatti nella foto non si vede, ma scavata nella roccia della caletta c'è una grotta, dove nei secoli scorsi la Contessa veniva, si cambiava, e poi ritornava al castello...che dire . Non so se questa storia sia vera..ma sicuramente il posto merita una visita...prima di venire in queste calette vi consiglio 2 cose però:
1) delle scarpe da scoglio
2) delle basi per ombrelloni in plastica da riempire poi con dell'acqua...
Capirete poi perché....
We were this morning in this beach and meeting an elderly local he explained to us that this is one of the most beautiful beaches in Polignano, since the Countess of the castle came to bathe !! In fact, in the photo it is not seen, but carved into the rock of the cove there is a cave, where in the past centuries the Countess used to come, change, and then return to the castle ... what to say. I don't know if this story is true .. but the place is definitely worth a visit ... before coming to these coves I recommend 2 things though:
1) rock shoes
2) bases for plastic umbrellas to be filled with water ...
Then you will understand why ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amena caletta tra la Abbazia dei benedettini di San Vito e il porto turistico di Polignano a mare, non ampia, ma Abbastanza coperta lateralmente così da consentire bagni fuori stagione. Al di fuori dei grandi circuiti, accessibile a tutti , è il giusto ambito per calarsi nelle splendide acque dell'Adriatico. Unico problema è trovare il parcheggio.
Pleasant cove between the Benedictine Abbey of San Vito and the tourist port of Polignano a mare, not large, but sufficiently covered on the side so as to allow swimming out of season. Outside the big circuits, accessible to all, it is the right place to dive into the splendid waters of the Adriatic. The only problem is finding the parking space.
