★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Fondachello la natura ha fatto un ottimo lavoro, peccato che gli ospiti non siano altrettanto attenti - la presenza della spazzatura, sul bordo della strada ed in spiaggia, è una spiacevole costante.

Wonderful location for morning and afternoon walks in winter. Breathtaking sunset. Very popular beach in summer with large guarded parking lots

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiaggia libera bellissima. Peccato che il comune di Mascali non la curi per come merita ogni bene demanio dello stato e di noi cittadini e Peccato che Noi non stiamo attenti. Troppa spazzatura lasciata sulla spiaggia e sul litorale. Che biglietto da visita diamo ai turisti? Eppure basterebbe poco. Anziché fare lavorare gli impiegati comunali con smart working si potrebbe far fare BEACH WORKING. Andrebbero al mare, comunque, ma autorizzati!!!
Beautiful free beach. It is a pity that the municipality of Mascali does not treat it as it deserves every state property of the state and of us citizens and it is a pity that we are not careful. Too much trash left on the beach and on the shoreline. What business card do we give to tourists? Yet it would take little. Instead of making municipal employees work with smart working, BEACH WORKING could be done. They would go to the sea, anyway, but authorized !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiaggia molto bella, l'acqua e uno spettacolo, mi dispiace vedere che ancora ora la spazzatura le persone non hanno capito che non si lascia in spiaggia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se come me amate il mare tranquillo senza troppa caciara, senza troppa calca. Se vi piace l acqua bella fresca e preferite i ciottolini alla sabbia venite pure a godervi le spiagge libere fra Fiumefreddo e marina di Cottone. Quando fate il bagno non restare appiccicati e questo grazie all acqua del mare di queste zone che è meno carico di sale grazie alle infiltrazioni dei fiumi che scorrono vicini e rendono l acqua sempre pulita, fresca molto fresca e anche più dolce!!! La cosa bella è che passano con un camioncino del gelato espresso davvero buono, con pochissimi euro potete gustare un ottima brioche con gelato!! Passa anche un signore col caffè freddo, le birre, il te freddo, i lupini, e naturalmente il famosissimo ? cocco!
Attenzione a mettere sempre il biglietto del Parcheggio in macchina con 2 euro e mezzo potete stare dall 1.30 fino alle 8.00 del mattino seguente.
If like me you love the calm sea without too much caciara, without too much crowd. If you like fresh water and prefer pebbles to sand, come and enjoy the free beaches between Fiumefreddo and Marina di Cottone. When you take a bath do not get stuck and this thanks to the sea water of these areas which is less loaded with salt thanks to the infiltrations of the rivers that flow nearby and make the water always clean, fresh, very fresh and even sweeter !!! The nice thing is that they pass with a truck of really good espresso ice cream, with very few euros you can enjoy an excellent brioche with ice cream !! A gentleman also passes by with iced coffee, beers, iced tea, lupins, and of course the famous ? coconut!
Be careful to always put the parking ticket in the car with 2 and a half euros you can stay from 1.30 am to 8.00 am the following morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La spiaggia di Marina di Cottone, è immensa,una larga striscia di sassolini variamente colorati e di di resa composizione, la compongono, può ospitare una moltitudine di bagnanti.Il mare cristallino, azzurro come è sempre lo Ionio,di questi tempi ha una temperatura piacevole,la sua trasparenza,fa intravedere il fondale e tanti pesciolini che nuotano assieme a chi fa il bagno.
Giornata rilassante e serena!
The beach of Marina di Cottone is immense, a wide strip of pebbles variously colored and of yield composition, composing it, can accommodate a multitude of bathers.The crystalline sea, blue as the Ionian always is, these days has a temperature pleasant, its transparency, allows a glimpse of the seabed and many little fishes that swim together with those who bathe.
